form 23ACA - under financial parameters of P&L account has a requirement of disclosing " Proposed Dividend". i.e. what is proposed as dividend on 31st March is to be shown here, subject to be finalised in gen.mg.
Then what abt. the interim dividedn declared during the year in question. Though it is shown under appropraiton of profit in P/L, it is in real term - not proposed but already paid.
if only interim is paid and not final div. poposed / declared then what should be shown? the amt. of interim div. paid or zero?
pl. revert urgently to enable to file the form in time.
