Form 23 AC

Form 23AC filed on MCA portal . By mistake , Directors report and notice was not attached as annexure . Approval also got from MCA portal for the such form .
How to upload /add Directors report and notice to Form 23AC ,
Do I have to file  fresh Form  23AC . Will it be consider as late filing??

My answer to the above query

Resubmission of form not possible once the document (Form 23AC) is approved by MCA portal. You need to file the document once again to rectify the error of not attaching the notice and directors report. Fees along with addl fees has to be remitted.
