Form 1a status after 1 month-work inn process ??????

Hello everyone,

i had filed form 1A in the month of aug 2012 and later on i was asked to resubmit the form with new name. i again resumbitted the form on 15/09/2012 with new names. when i check the transaction status it is still showing as Work in progress.

i tried to contact ROC but no one is receiving the call.

since i am busy with other work, i have given the task of co. incorporation to my CS friend because it is very urgent. but he is also not able to do it and still status is WIP. i do not have time to visit roc.

My Question :

should i file new form 1A ? i think if i file fresh form 1A then name wii be approvrd in 2-3 days.
