AFTER FILING FROM1A , MCA PUT REMAK AS ' ALL ARE RESEMBLING NAMES' SO FAR I ALREADY CHECK ALL THE NAMES AT MCA'S PORTAL ITSELF, BEFORE FLLING UP THE FORM.
TILL THE DATE NO ONE HAVE APPLIED OR IN EXISTANCE WITH THE NAMES WHAT I HAVE MENTIONED IN THE APPLICATION.
WHAT I HAVE TO DO ?
Firstly check the names u have mentioned in the form... they shall not resemble within them....
or it may simply be a systems problem... contact respective RoC

there must some company
why MCA will mislead us
if they are saying that these are resembling then its resembling

As per my experience once again you need to check carefully the connection of any existing name with your proposed names.

There vl surely be any resemblance... check it out on MCA portal...
as per my experience, your all the names resembels with each other like,
1. ABC Pvt. Ltd.
2. ABC Expo Pvt. Ltd.
3. ABC Mgmt. Pvt. Ltd.
and so on...
it can be solved by either changing the ocuurance of the same word in all the names or giving bribe.. (practically speaking)
