Hello all,

I had filed the form 1A and it was rejected and the reason is "Proposed name is not according to the activities described in Main Objects"

Name : ********* TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Objects stated in FORM 1A :

To carry on the business of software consultants, to design and implement internet clients, to design and develop programmes with documentation, materials, samples, files, do design and develop system analysis and design work processing, accounting graphics 2-D, 3-D, animations, cartoon films, business presentations, information kiosks, image processing, and morphing, CAD and CAM applications -for problems relating to the technical operations, administration, finance, business and other aspects

Please guide me in this matter.

Mr. Ahmed in my view the reason for rejection of yor form 1A may be-- the first word u used can not be the main object ,u should depict the name as ABC Internet Technologies Private Limited or u can use the intials of the names of the promoters as first word. If u are still confused u may contact the concerned ROC and discuss the fault in given name.
