Take DIN for all your four proposed dierectors and DSC for one of the Director.There is no need to take DSC for all the director.

Yes, your are right you have to obtain DIN from the MCA DIN Cell at NOIDA(UP) for all your director before starting incorporation formalities.

Mr. Ankur is right but u will have to obtain DIN for all proposed directors. But Digital Signature is sufficient for only 1or 2 director.

U need to have DSC without it U cann't upload it...

For Filing form 1 and Form1A both you will require to have both DSC and DIN for Atleast 1 promoter / proposed directors and for remaining promoters /  proposed directors PAN or pasport number may be filled.

But in future you will require DIN for all directors.

Dear I think Mr. Kumar is right. DSC of one of the director is sufficient for filling, however in place of DIN PAN can be filled. After that DIN of all directors will requried so you should apply for DIN also.

All the answers given above are correct. You have to obtain DIN for all Directors for use in future but DSC is needed of only One Director. If you want to obtain DSC for all directors u can do so.......

DIn for all the directors must be obtained. DSC is sufficient for one director.

In Form1 A

1) Blocks for entering the details of proposed directors shall be displayed two times or three times or five times in case the proposed company is a private company or public company or producer company, respectively , Since yours is a pvt Company you need to fill details for 2 proposed Directors . So you should have DIN for 2 Directors available with you before filling the form .

2) In case of a new company the e-form should be digitally signed by the applicant duly authorised by the promoters ( one of the promoters/ proposed Director generally ). So you should have the DSC for the person whose name you will fill in the form as the applicant .He can be one of the proposed Director.
