Dear Sir,
I have given form 16A for the F.Y 2008-09 to vendor and that vendor misplaced the form 16A.
Now he is requesting me to issue another one (orignal)
1) Shall I issue another Original Form 16A?
2) Is there any problem if I issue another Original Form 16A ?

no u can not issue another original - not allowed
u can issue another certificate but u need to write DUPLICATE on the face of the Cetificate
