Is the employer required to issue a Form 16 to employee whose income is 2.2 Lacs per annum. What rules regulation and relaxations are available for such annual income.

My salary is 2.2 Lacs per annum. Does that mean No TDS for my case. If my future employer asks me for form 16, and I do not have form 16. How should i respond.??
Yes TDS will not be deducted as you income is Below Basic Exemption Limit.
