Form 16 Issue.

Request them to issue the Form 16. They will give you.

Take a salary certificate from your company certifying the amount paid by them during the Fin. year.

Since you are still in employment with this company you cannot take the harsh way to get form 16 from them. The harsh way is to write a requisition letter to them marked with CC to the Income Tax officer (TDS) as issue of Form 16 by the company is mandatory by law.

You can pay advance tax on your salary income but it will amount to non-deduction of tDS on the part of your company and they will be saddled with interest and penalties.

Agreed with Mr. Rachit. If you are not providing Form 16, U cn ask for salary certificate under company's letter head. As well as u cn ask for salary slips too. Bankers will provide loan on the basis of salary slips too.

If salary is not taxable then generally company avoid giving Form 16 or 16A. As far as your bank laon is concern ..you can get a salary cerificate from the company. if one extra line is added in the certificate  " This cerficate is issued in lieu of Form 16"  then your problem is almost solved. You can submit your salary certificate, salary slip and your bank statement in support of your income.
