Form 16 downloaded from NSDL does not exhibit the Computation of Total Income. It only displays tax deducted at source and challan deposit details.
Can this be considered a valid Form 16 ?

Yes this is a valid form 16. The main purpose is to match the TDS deposited by the employer.

Yeah its ok if it doesn't show the computation if income.
And by the way, can you please tell me where to find the PDF converter to convert the txt file downloaded from the NSDl website. Every time i download it says the file is corrupted.
