Hi

 

       Am running a proprietorship company and two days back i applied for TAN number. I want to give FORM 16 to my manager. My doubt is after filiing my IT RETURNS 2011-2012  i should give FORM 16 to my manager or before that it is possible?Please tell me.

Form 16 can only be given after filing of the TDS return.

yes above expet is right  form 16  can only be given after filing of  TDS return..........................
