can anybody please tell me what is difference between form 16, 16A & 16AA.

Form 16 is for Salaried person whose gross income exceeds the exemption limit.
Form 16A is TDS Certificate other than Salary.
Form 16AA is for Salaried person whose gross income does not exceeds the exemption limit.
Form 16AA is abolished from F Y 2010-11.
