Form 15G is applicable to other than Firm and Companies u/s 197 of Income Tax Act. A Charitable Trust registerd as AOP. Bank are not accepting the form whether this is correct on the part of Bank.

You are correct. The stand taken by the bank is invalid. You should discuss the matter with the branch manager. If not sorted out, there are other options available to the AOP for resolution of grievance.
