Form 112 solution

what r the cosequenses if not sent 112.?????

hiiii ppl...Even i m facing the same problem...!!! Infact i had submitted my form112 along wid condonation fees of300 and even attached a letter from my principal.!!! But i recd a letter two days back in which it is written that :-

" It is seen that the application has been submitted after a delay of 2 months. We hereby inform tou that the delay in submission of form 112 for permission to study CS Course has been condonned by competent authority, as a special case 

How ever plz note that withstanding this condonation , your enrollment as a member of the Institute as and when u apply for the same, after completion of CA course , would get delayed ,as per rules, on account of delay in submission of Form 112"

Now the thing is that i m just very much confused wht shld i do now. Had cald up institue several times bt dey just vague replies..!!! Dont know wht to do ....HELP !!!!

hi jill, it is the normal procedure that has happened to you, as per disclosed some months back in ca students journal, it was stated that membership may be delayed by a period of 1, 3 or 6 months depending on special case. few days back the president came to our branch and stated that it is better if we disclose info about other course beforehand only otherwise if they find out later, after our joining membership, the membership can be suspended for some time, so it is better late than'humiliation' after becoming CA! Same thing may probably happen to me too.

Ok ..... I was plannig to give CS exam in June...par since dey have not given permission i cant do that....My articleship is ending in June. So is it possible for me 2 give CS exam in Dec or m i not allowed only 2 do CS.....!!!

relax, they have not said this anywhere that you are not allowed to do it. look at my case i was sent a letter for registering for icwa only 3 months before completion of my graduation, but they didnot say that i was not allowed to do it. you must not leave cs but go for it after completing all formalities related to ca in a thorough manner. in this way you won't have to face any hassle.

I am ca FINAL student and i have just registered myself for articleship from April 12. I have issued FORM 112 specifying that im studying  B com Correspondence but Im doing B com regular.

Now the institute has sent me the letter for giving them the details of my study.

Plesae suggtest me what i have to do in this regards.
