For trust having both 12A and 80G registration, is it required to file form 10A twice as only one section code is permitted to select in the form?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the confusion surrounding Form 10A for trusts holding both 12A and 80G registrations. The core question is whether Form 10A needs to be filed twice when only one section code can be selected. Participants share their experiences, highlighting issues with income details, saving the form, DSC registration, and the functionality of the grievance portal. It's suggested to confirm with the nearest Income Tax office for definitive guidance.

Only once is sufficient
But we can't select both section codes
Just confirm with your nearest Jurisdiction Income tax office .
Agree with above

There are enough problems seen in Form 10A.

1) When we re-register 12AA we dont have to enter income details but when we re-register 80G details site is asking to update income details and grants received in 2020-21 also.

2) Saving the form 10A is also a problem.

3) Issues relating to the registration of DSC still continue.

4) Grievance is also not working is the income tax site/toll-free number in the site is also not working properly.

I lost much of my time..an hour's work is taking a month to complete.
