sir I have send 109 in my articalship 3rd year after permittion of Icai via letter
now
pls tell me when I have to send 103
is any letter again comes to me or should I send it at my own wish

After submitting 109 u and ur principal will receive confirmation of termination. And u should 103 at ur own wish for safer side sent xerox of 109 also do it as fast as possible other so that it doesn't get delay for finals

i guess you can or rather it would be better to send form 103 within 30 days from the date of joining the new firm. Suggest you to call or visit your nearest regional centre too and seek their guidance.
U can send there is nothing like u can send only after confirmation if ur wish or else send after 10 to 15 days
