Form 10-IE could not be f-filed in new portal

Can someone request government to fix this 10ie error. Not even sure government knows about it. Please anyone using your sources inform government so it can be resolved.

@ Saket Bhargava I understand that a 10 member CA committee has been formed by CBDT to take specific issues to infosys. I have sent this common problem to ssundarrman004 @ gmail.com. [By mistake, I have inserted dot (.) after the initial 's' but the e-mail is not returned back. To be on the safe side, I have once again sent the mail without any dot (.).

I too have posted this Query on Twitter tagging the concerned peoples comment on the same on twitter so that faster response to the issue can be reviewed.

@ Vishal Jain. Kindly inform whether information on Assessing Officer (Range code etc) got auto-populated in your draft Form 10-IE? In my case, this is left blank. We cannot also manually enter the same.

For me also, they are blank. And that's the issue. There is no way to remove draft also.

@ Vivek Patel.For some assessees, even when these fields are not blank, they are unable to file. No response from server message received. I have even removed browsing history as suggested by CPC reply mail but still the problem persists. I suspect whether our draft has been actually submitted but not revealed in System.

@ Ramachandran S Assessing Officer information will be reflected online only if it is not reflecting it must be an issue at Infosys end because of their such bad performance in the new portal.

@ CA Vanamala Phani Kumar Today (7 Aug 2021), I cannot go beyond 'Let's get started' in form 10-IE. Do you have same issue? If so, CPC might be working on the issue.
