I forgot to mention the life insurance premium in investment declaration in my oragnisation and now my Form 16 do not the amount.
How do I rectify my mistake in Form 16 and how should I go ahead with filing ITR online? Do i need to send any additional document with ITR-V?

Hi no need to worry for the same and you can claim it under section 80c while filing the return.
just give hte info along with ITR online. no need to submit the proof
