Forgot itc of jul bill in 3b - can i add it in aug 3b?

Hello

I forgot to add ITC of one July bill in GSTR 3B.

Can I add it to August "Eligible ITC" and then claim it in August set off?

Please guide

no need you can show in gstr2 July itself

So how will difference in amount between 3B and GSTR 2 be refunded?

Whats harm if I claim it in August 3B?

If I dont claim in August 3B then that difference will always show every month in 3B ledger and GSTR 2 ledger

If I show it in August 3B then difference will be there in July only but after August GSTR 2 both will be equal.

There is no clarity

it will not be refunded when you file gstr2 purchases for the month of July will automatically reflect there you can check your missed invoice and accept the same whatever difference in gstr2 and gstr3b will reflect in your credit ledger so don't worry
