Forfeiture & Re-issue of shares

Hi,

there is no provisions in the Companies Act with regard to forfeiture of share of the Company and in this regard a company has to follow the regulations of AOA. Please have a look on your Company 's AOA and strictly follow the procedure of forefeture and re-issue of shares accordingly.

There is no form to be filed with the ROC for re-issue of forefeited shares.
