While paying amount to Foreign Company from import of raw material / spare parts, in this regards, if foreign company has PE in India, is their any procedure to be done whicle issuing Form 15CA and CB

Earlier 15ca and 15cb required only for payment which attracts TDs. But recent amendment in finance act requires all the payment whatever nature should accompany with 15ca&cb
