If I am an Indian citizen and I own a Hong Kong company. How will I get taxed in India? Which forms do I need to submit?

Having Indian citizenship not attaract tax liability on any person. The Income tax act 1961 based on residential status.
If you stisfy the conditions specified in section 6(1) and Section 6(6) of income tax act 1961 than you will be liable to pay Tax In India.
