Amendments made upto 9 Months prior to the exam Month are applicable, So amendments effective after January Not applicable

the students appearing in november 2010 examination, the amendments made up to 30-04-2010 are relevant........
that mean Amendments made upto 6 Months prior to the exam Month are applicable,
