I haven't take the Cenvat Credit on Telephone Bills from April 2013, But Can i take Cenvat Credit on telephone billls from the month of November 2013.

Can it be possible to take cenvat credit on telephone bills which include service tax
Yes it is provided you are using it to provide taxable service and partial reversal in case of both taxable and exempted service.
