For cas to be qualified in nov.2011 exams

I don't think so. As CAs qualified in May 2011 are unemployed, there will be over load of CAs after Nov 11 result. So heavy competition. If more candidates more negotiation and poor package. Please check with your friends who are qualified, there ll be a lot of unemployed CAs.

Some Faculties in GMCS also told the same thing wat i told.

@ ashima you might me right but the same thought is hitting back on ICAI when they released may 2011 results hoping high demand shall meet high Supply.

CA won't have an problem in finding job. It's all about the field you are looking into.

As of now many aspiring CA's would find difficult to find job in the Audit field till they become CA.

As of now M&A industry is doing well & will be doing well for next 5 yrs, till total recession comes in.

As far as taxation field is concerned , you need to join first an small firm if you want to make an carrer in it as big firms are refusing to accept fresher CA's.

In the field of pure Finance CA's would find difficult to get job due to heavy competition from MBA's.Fresher's can easily get an job in KPO's in the field of finance,with an take home of Rs35000-40000(Maximum).

An CA with another degree such as L.L.B , CWA, CS etc would find easier in getting job than pure CA's.

All the best. As per the market strategy and interaction with my friends who already in good position in Companies and my friends who are in practice, i had only mentioned some points.

"Precaution is better than cure".

As u all have strong feelings abt ur destiny definetly u all ll get a good job. Don't mind i am talking about the placement for all the CA qualifieds and not 60% CAs. Market should be such that all the CAs should get placed with a minimum package of 6 to 7 Lacs per annum. CA qualification is not an easy task dear. After a strong battle students are getting the degree. Now lot of jobs are aviailable with a package 4 to 4.2.

Is this a good Package for a CA? As a CA should you accept it?
