Any one can please explain,

Whether tax payer can claim 80 DD deduction for 2 severe disabled children?

Yes. The section doesn't limit the number of children for claiming the deduction.

So, we can claim maximum Rs. 2.50 lcas (1.25*2)???

No. the max limit will be 1.25l

Yes you can claim for more than one child ...
