I am a trader for plastic granuales.I have bought material from First stage dealer who has bought material from a company who has manufacturing plant outside India. Now in Excise Invoice,in manufacture details there is a details of outside india ; in detail of supplier , there is a details of same company who has plant outside India.
So can I transfer duty to my buyer?
You can't pass on duty. only 1st and 2nd stage dealer can pass on. get register with Central excise as a delear then you can pass on duty.

As delear you can pass on duty to the buyer. As Trader you can't do it.
