can any one tell me a real estate partnership firm registered in delhi and partnership is made with a person of Uttrakhand and want to buy a land in Uttrakhand with the name of firm .
can he buy land with the name of firm for resale purpose.
I think there is some restriction for purchase of land in the state; otherwise for investment or development, firm can buy non-agricultural land.
