FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate)

Dear sir,  kindly resolved my query...

Indian company (india Ltd) is providing service to foreign co. (Foreign Ltd).

India Ltd raise the invoice in INR on quarterly basis...and Foreign Ltd makes the payment in INR only ( after converting USD into INR through their banking system).

Now here in this case india Ltd receives the amount in INR only..hence india Ltd's bank will not issue any FiRC....am I right...?

Hi there, Can someone help me with one question, We sell on amazon.com receives payment in USD and amazon cleares remittance in every 14 days and they send it to our HDFC bank account via HSBC. we send inventory to Amazon via sea, and receives payments in every 14 -16 days for the item we sell, We want to claim benefits under MEIS but don't know how to submit proof to government how to show payment against items we exported How should we claim benefits and submit FIRC to to custom or RBI?
