One of my client is not sure he applied for DIN & got the same or not. He doesn't remember the DIN or does not have any document in his possession regarding DIN. He is not a director in any company. So I can not check his DIN from Company Signatory Details too. Plz advise how can I check if this person has obtained DIN or not? Provide any link or something.

in MCA Site, after login, there is an option "Companies/LLPs in which a person is/was a director/Designated Partner" under service tax. write DI of Mr....and then click search, it will display all the companies, in which Mr..is a director. Or you may also write his name, father name and date of birth if DIN is not availabe.
