Whenever banks, legal or other Statutory authorities require Financial Statements, do we need to provide the following:
- Notice, Directors Report
- Audit Report, Financials
or just Financials.

It depends on the purpose for which it is demanded.
Financial statements for the purpose of finance does not require other ancillary material. Though definition in The companies act,2013 exhaustively covers every bits and pieces.
