Final registration

Dear All, I passed CA Final exam on this may. Now i want to apply for membership. While filling form No.2 i have some doubts

    1) If i apply for COP whether it is necessary to parctise. 

    2) Is any seperate application required for CABF Life membership

    3) In application for ID card it is required to sign with jet black pen. What is Jet black pen
