Dear Friends,

I just wanna know about applicability of Information Technology Act 2008 in upcoming Final New Course Exam. Since Information Technology Act 2000 has been replaced to Information Technology Act 2008 i.e. Ammendment has been taken place.

YES........IT IS APPLICABLE IN CA FINAL NEW COURSE.......
