Final attempt?

Hi,

I have cleared both the groups of Ipcc In the month of may12.

I am registered as an article in BnM w.e.f september 05, 2012.

Please tell me when will I be eligible to appear for Finals.

And my franking date is on the verge to expire but due to some legal circumstances i should submit the form with the institute. What will be the consequences, please help!
