As per the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, composite dealers, also known as Composition Scheme dealers, are not required to file the final return (GSTR-10). The final return is applicable for regular taxpayers who are ceasing their GST registration or have had their registration cancelled. Composite dealers have different compliance requirements, and filing the final return is not one of them.
