As per rule 33 of Companies (incorporation )Rules, 2014
for effecting the conversion of public company into a private company or vice versa , a copy of order of the tribunal approving the alterations of articles, shall be filed in form INC-27 with fee and printed copy of altered aticles within 15 days frim the order of the tribunal.
