Filled Quarter Returns instead of Monthly, How to fix now?

We didn't realize that we need to file monthly GSTR-1 returns and filed Quarterly returns. For Eg. didn't file JAN and FEB GSTR-1 but included JAN to MAR invoices in MARCH GSTR1 as we use to do in old regime so now the JAN and FEB GSTR-1 are showing pending. How to fix this? 3B was filed monthly and correctly for all months.

File all GSTR 1 which is pending till date.
Like if u didn't file JAN and FEB GSTR-1 but included JAN to MAR invoices in MARCH GSTR1
than file JAN and FEB GSTR-1 as NIL as early as possible. Same process is applicable for all the Quarter.

No nidhi is not correct in her opinion, you can't file NIL returns for jan and feb as it is treated as wrong disclosure of information.

You have to file correct gstr 1 for jan and feb and GSTR bills to be amended for march.

How we file GSTR 1 of JAN, bill is already shown in GSTR 1 of March. Duplicate invoice, we can't enter same invoice twice.

How we amend GSTR 1 of March, And in Which month's GSTR 1..it's last year's invoices

Can u explain.

We will file all the bill in respective month under B2BA section hence we can file jan month GSTR1 and march GSTR 1 will be revised

Revised return is not possible.
And It's not amendment, as we have already file all invoice Correctly with correct date and particular.
Amendment is applicable, when we have to change any particular of invoice.
It's not this case.

Yes, what exactly we can amend so they start showing in Jan or Feb return or are deleted from system so can we can file again in correct months? Guess its not possible!! so Nil return is the only option?
