Filing Tax returns for form-16's from 2 Companies

Hi Experts,

I had worked in 2 companies for the FY 2011-12.

I had worked for 10 months in the 1st company and 22 days in the 2nd company.

There was no tax deduction in my second company salary as i had not given the details of my income tax with the 1st company. Now i have got form-16 from both the companies.

My question was if i can file the tax returns of the 1st company only as my stay with second company was very minimal.

Will there be any issues if i file the tax returns of the 1st company only?
