What is the time limit for filing stay application before the CESTAT if the stay is rejected by the commissioners..??
Further what are the requirements for filing the stay application as our stay application is rejected by commissioner but the order-in-appeal is still pending against the order-in-original?

Thanks for your reply. I have read the CESTAT rules, under rule 9 it says that the appeal must be file with in 3 months of communication of order but the time limit for stay application is not mentioned....
