sir, is it mandatory for the business to file monthly returns whose turnover is not exceeding twenty lacks rupees but it is registered under gst?

If you are registered dealer in GST the you have to file monthly return in GST as it is compulsory for every assessee to register themself in GST.
yes except u choose composition
there is quarterly returns for composition
