Hello.
I have a question, whether NRI need to file ITR in following case:
NRI purchased a house property in India during the year 2018-19, on which he paid 1% TDS. NRI has no source of income in india and never filed ITR. Now he received a message from department that he need to file ITR for the financial year 2018-19, I have attached the message in following file.
Guide me whether he need to file ITR or not ?
