Whether a person having taxable income below Rs.5 Lakhs, but TDS deducted from his salary has to file the ITR for the FY 2013-14, AY 2014-15.

Yes, for AY 2014-15 you shall file the return electronically.

Because the exemption granted earlier to salaried employees from filing of return having total income upto Rs. 5 lakhs including income from other sources upto Rs. 10,000/- was only for the AY 2011-12 and 2012-13. It was not extended further during AY 2013-14.

Yes, definitely file ITR for the FY 2013-14 before due date electronically.
