IF YOU WANT TO FILE YOUR INCOME TAX RETURN FOR 2017-2018, YOU CAN DO FILE RETURN MANUALLY THROUGH INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT.
Income tax department is not accepting manual returns.
If you have received any notice regarding non filing, then you can go ahead with filing u/s 142(1) through online
