Is it mandetory for a private ltd. co. to file form 23ACA with P/L as an attachment, because P/L is also required to be attached with form 23AC along with the balance sheet?

Yes required...Form 23AC and 23ACA, though submitted together, they are 2 different forms and 23ACA specifically requires submission of the P/L
