Is nbfc required to file DPT-3 as notified on 22.01.2019?

Yes, there is no exemption has been given to any NBFC from furnishing DPT-3 for any outstanding loan amount been showing as on 22.01.2019.Hence, NBFC are required to file DPT-3.
bt section is not applicable on nbfc
yes section is not applicable on NBFCs. but clear exemption is not given. I think more clarification on this part will be needed
