Filing income tax return

A company is closing on Jan 2010 and its ITR has to be filled for AY 2010-2011, but there is no ITR available for AY 2010-2011

If I fill ITR for AY 2009-2010 and upload the same then there might be a problem for AY.

Please provide me the solution ASAP.

Dear Aniket,

U r rite return cannot be filed at this moment......

Sec 176, says that in case of Discontinued Business, assessee is required to give a notice to AO within 15 days of such discontinuance & thereby AO shall go on to make an assessment..

I THINK THIS WILL SOLVE UR DOUBT
