when any inward remittence is there for business purpose, u have to get IE code issued from DGFT, this is once time registration, which cover such transactions, 

you have to issue invoice with IE code to the payee. 

while get BRC, you need to show the purpose of such remittence, which they report to DGFT, so an E code would make the transactions covered under FEMA
