Plz tell me the whether i m correct in calculating the total expense including ROC Fees and Stamp duty payable for Filing Form 5 for increase in authorised capital of public ltd. co. by Rs. 5Cr.
ROC Fees : Rs. 2,50,000 (Rs. 500 for every Rs. 10,000)
Stamp Duty : Rs. 75,000 (0.15% of Rs 5 Cr.)
Total : Rs. 3,25,000 (excluding Form filing fees of Form 5)

In connection with above, I want to know that expenses related to increase in Authorised capital how to book and under which head we should book this for accounting.
Can we book this under Misc. expenditure(Assets) or transfer directly to P&L.
Please anyone advise me.

tell the amount by of present authorised capital and the amount by which it is increased.
According to that only total fees can be calculated.
