We have filed form no. 66(compliance certificate) and that SRN number we have mentioned inour form 23 ac(for balance shhet) while filing form . lateron co known that by mistaken co. have not paid fees of form no. 66 although fees of Form 23 ac paid by co.
In that case what will happen will we have to filed another form no. 23 ac because srn of form no. 66 will be changed. or can co. filed only another form 66 with late fees.

In my opinion no need to file Form 23AC once again. What you can do is File Form 66 once again and pay the additional fees.

Pawan ji the SRN of Form 66 and 23AC are now corelated if u filed another form 66, the SRN of the same is to be filed again with another From 23AC.
So in my opinion file form 23AC and ACA with additional Fess with correct SRN of From 66 again.
