try Mr.Chandrashekar's book, which is under the prime academy' s banner- snow white publications. The book is simple, lucid and easy to understand. it may be small but it is more than enough for exams. since you are in industrial training you may have come across ERP software and you will be having required knowledge about information systems. still if you are finding difficulties in understanding may major chapters, it may be advisable to attend coaching class for ISCA with a Learned faculty.

Actually i do understand most of it and thats why answered full paper, but i cant remember what they write (in their language). And its tough to score without using institute's language and some specific hi-fi words...
